How can I tell who has deleted me on Facebook, WITHOUT getting a virus?

There used to be third party apps which could keep track of my friends, but they breached Facebook's terms & conditions. Now they seem to be all weeded out. Does anyone have a tricky way of keeping track of deletions, or is there a trusted application still available? Appreciate your help, guys! :)x
