Maximum gross weight 5 axel drawbar?

i have a 26 ton 3 axel ridged and a 2axel drawbar trailer plated at 16 ton gross weight with air suspension some people say i can run at 41 ton and some say 40 ton i would like to know for sure many thanks martin
