Wrist piercing questions...?

I've recently considered getting my wrist pierced. I've heard that if i get a surface piercing it would have a very high risk of migration and rejection, so I was considering dermal anchors, although they would be more tricky to remove if i decided i did not like the piercing, and cost a bit more. Although if I chose a surface bar, the scar would be worse than dermal anchors if I took it out. Any advice on what I should do?
