No, the unlimited mobile browsing only works on WAP devices (non-smartphone). The Rogers network can actually detect the device type you are using, so if you try to launch the browser when using either an iPhone, Blackberry, Android or Windows Mobile device, you automatically get a message stating that you require a proper data plan or pay for a daily rate. The only way to avoid this alert message is to subscribe to a full data plan (ie 500MB/mth or higher).
