well first of you have to make sure that you're not leaning forward; for example; when i was learning Axel i tended to have the same problem. as i switched to a much better coach, my posture improved by a long shot. now, going into a double Axel i make sure my body is totally square. and I'm 12 so when I'm older ill get used to good posture. this will also effect your report card on higher levels when competing.
