Does the scion tc trd axel back exhaust come with catalytic convertor ?

an axle back exhaust does not come with a cat. its from the axle back not from the manifold back. same with a cat back exhaust. besides axle back exhaust sound like crap dude go for a cat back you will a little HP gain and a much nicer sound. Just go to the dealer and get a new cat. but first you need to find out why the cat went bad in the first place. if the car is running rich than chances are the new cat will also go bad.
