What should I fix first on my Lincoln Navigator?

I went to get my car inspected and it failed! They said I need 2 new tires, alignment, front and rear brakes, an axel??? and something else. I don't have enough money to get everything fixed all at once, so i would like to get the most important stuff fixed first. Thank you!
