Lemon laws in texas, will the dealership fix the car?

I bought a trade in from a dealership in san antonio, 01 accord, 120 something k miles. The car was hit on the front left sidefender when with the previous owners, but i decided i have no problem replacing that and the axel, so i took the car ( for a reduced price of course). However totally unrelated to that, the transmission is failing? Ive only had the car 2 days and this morning the transmission began acting up and by the end of the day the slips are absolutely terrible.. I have another accord and this same thing happened leading to several thousand in transmission work. Im not trying to do that for a car ive only had 48 hours. If i take it back will the dealership fix it? I did agree to take the car as is, but "to the extent allowed by law". I love the car otherwise, and will be perfectly satisfied if they just replace the transmission, but if they say they wont I want my money back
