Please help me ... i feel like dying?

I been to psychiatrist 3 times now, i told my my doctor about the neighbors noise on midnight and i have show the videos and audio recording to him and he prescript me with clonazepam 2mg and risperidone 2mg, my life went to hell since then i lose all my mood, feeling so down, talk less, lost my appetite and sex drive and finally suicidal feelings. MY problems is the neighbors try to upset me but why he still giving me the meds and he know everything is human caused not my ill, my next is appointment is on 5th july 2011 what should i tell him because im depressed right now and suicidal feeling now and then...
