What's wrong with my car? Wheel popping?

About a year ago i wrecked my car and had to get a wheel put on. Every since then whenever I'm making a turn it makes a popping sound and the front of my car kinda moves up and down slightly like the axel is moving up and down when i turn. This weekend im going on a trip that will take a total of 10 hours there and back. would it be safe to take my car?
