Broken car axel stud. Is it still safe to drive on just four instead of five axel studs?

I received an answer from somebody on a previous question, where she informed me that her opinion of somebody wouldn't go down if they said they found kids sexually attractive, it would only go down if they actually went around molesting kids. How do you know what to follow your gut or your heart?

I've pondered this many times and I really just don't know. I'm at a draw. So wondering what other people think. In some situations people would say without a doubt go with your gut, but if going with your gut breaks your heart and makes you spend countless hours thinking things over and over again then wasn't that the wrong choice? Or you go with your heart even though you know in your gut that not everything is right yet you hold out hope that things can or will be different? I think I am the latter of the two types. I go with my heart until my heart doesn't feel it anymore even if I know in my gut that something isn't exactly right in the end I always say that I never have doubts that way. It's hard to be sensible. Because I would always look back and wonder if things could have been different. If I go with my heart and my heart changes then I don't look back and wonder and have regret. The heart takes longer to fade though and can go back and forth so it's sometimes tricky. What's your thoughts?

My Son's father is lying to the judge here in fairfax county va. I think he feels this is a win~lose thing instead of deciding the welfare and template in which our child will be raised by. Some background, he tried to breastfeed our infant son so I threw him out of our apt. He said he'd had therapy but since I didn't trust him I had him come see a therapists i'd been seeing for sleeplessness and depression. He admitted to the therapist what he'd done. Then I never left him alone again with our son I moved into my mom's house and filed for child support. To get me to drop the case, we went to a notary and got an agreement for support signed. He paid support for 2 mos. I refiled, he signed a second agreement claiming the first didn't outline visitation. The third agreement was made in front of our senior army sergeants. This one he didnt abide by for a month. I went through with child support so he responded by filing for custody/visitation. We were ordered to mediation. Mediation resulted in agreed I retain full phys custody and he had supervised visitation until our child was 5. He was 2 at the time. I warned the mediators he was a tricky liar. As soon as mediation was ending he said he'd like to postpone visitation for a year. Our agreement mandated he would make contact with me and he'd have to attend therapy for 6 months before visitation would resume. Since he hadn't been making timely payments, my commander was willing to contact his but he stopped calling and the rear detatchment made it clear that support want in the order. Meanwhile, our son is almost five and couldn't pick his father out of a lineup. Guess who pops up. While I thought we were working through our NCO's he went to court to file a show cause (he'd never consistently provided support). He's now over 5K behind but he's beem telling me he's still deployed. Instead he's lied to the judge saying HE CAN'T FIND ME. Just wondering if this car is worth buying. Its a 98' Nissan Maxima SE, 5 speed, black on black leather tinted windows for a 1000 dollars. Needs some work done, tie rod, rear axel, hole in the exhaust and neutral safety switch. Rust on the trunk(easily replaceable im sure) and a spot on the front fender. Wrist piercing questions...?

I've heard that if i get a surface piercing it would have a very high risk of migration and rejection, so I was considering dermal anchors, although they would be more tricky to remove if i decided i did not like the piercing, and cost a bit more. ON CONCRETE IT GOES FINE, NOT IN THE GRASS. I REPLACED THE BELT. THE SPRING IS ATTACHED TO THE ARM THAT MOVES THE GEAR BOX ,ROTATING THE GEAR BOX ON THE AXEL WHICH TIGHTENS THE BELT. THE SPRING IS FASTENED TO THE CABLE AND IS NOT REMOVABLE. WHEN THE COVER OF THE BEARING WENT THROUGH THE RING AND PINION, IT TOOK THE TEETH OFF OF THEM. THE MOWER WOULD GO BUT THE GEAR BOX GROWLED TERRIBLE. IT STRETCHED THE BELT CIRCUMFERENCE APPROXIMATELY 1/4 INCH MORE THAN A NEW BELT. I am the only Black on my block, I have a neighbor that has been harassing me for over a year now. He has called and went up to the code enforcement dept several times and went over the boss of boss to report that i was selling out of my home. Code enforcement has harass me by coming to my house 5 times to say that a neighbor keep reporting me. I dont sell appliances out of my home. I have a appliance store around the corner from my house, there is no reason to sale out of my home. I know that it is against the code to operate a business out of your home that is why I have a store around the corner. Today He was taken several picture of me and a person that came over to pick up a frig i donated out of my garage. There is nothing wrong in giving a person in need of a frig i no longer need. There is yard sales go on all the time and they get money for there items so what is the difference! He had told me I am depreciating the neighborhood. Why does my left crank arm keep becoming wobbly?

I've replaced my left crank twice now on my GT Aggressor XC3 09. The axel is wearing the bit where it fits onto the axel away very quickly. I know they can become wobbly with over/under tightening the bolt. I did about 20 miles on it and it was loose once again, it's becoming very frustrating. At first the arm seemed solid but it later became loose. Can getting grit and dirt make it come loose? Aghhh please help!

Should i be ashamed of my figure skating?

I'm 13 and I'm going to high school in the fall, and I haven't even landed my single axel. Everyone tells me it isn't my fault, because my mom hardly takes me skating while my friend who landed hers goes 5 times a week, i barely make 2 times a week. I started skating when I was 5, but after i got into Beta I moved and didn't skate again till i was 7. Then my mom stopped taking me a lot so I started again in about 6th grade. I actually started skating, though, in the middle of seventh grade (half hour private lessons with my coach, freestyle sessions for better skaters, and I was in freestyle 5). I've been working on axel for nearly a year, and I haven't landed it!!! I go about twice a week. On Wednesday, I skate for about half an hour, then do ballet for half an hour (we mostly stretch or work on balance, I'm not on pointe yet) then I skate for another half hour or hour. On Friday, I skate for about a half hour in the freestyle session for my level, then the public session for everyone for a half hour. I try to stretch at home and do off-ice also. Sometimes though my mom doesn't even take me these two days! I also haven't had a coach for a few months. I can do an ok-camel spin, my sit is very good on occasion but I often travel, an ok-backscratch that's kinda short though, and my other jumps are very good. I can do an outside spread eagle, bauer, Ina bauer where you lean back, and I'm the only one at my rink who can do an outside bauer, or perhaps even an Ina bauer, including the elite skaters. But still, should I be ashamed when skating in the freestyle session because I can't do any good jumps like axel and my spins aren't that great either and the only thing I can do is footwork? Please help I don't even like to practice the few times I do skate because I'm so ashamed compared to the other skaters:( Also, any tips on landing the axel? I used to be better when I had a coach I'd land in the landing position just need a quarter of rotation left, now I don't rotate all the way and just open my arms. EVERYONE tells me to keep my arms in and not be afraid, but I can't help it, they just fly out!!! I can do it fine off ice, I can even do double toe sometimes off ice. PLEASE HELP!:((

Not against it. I don't use a Strong's Concordance, but I would if I needed to. I use a Zondervan Bible I've had for years, which compares three different versions of the New Testament at once. For the Old Testament, I have a Zondervan Bible which compares the ancient Greek text with English, word for word, and it is truly enlightening what you can learn. Why did my car SUDDENLY feel like there was a resistance on the wheels?

I drive a 2003 Acura RSX, front wheel drive, with a manual transmission, and today after getting my food for lunch my car suddenly felt like there was a resistance holding it back from moving and accelerating as easily as it usually does. Also it felt like there was a resistance against the steering and the brakes seemed to engage quicker than normal. It has continued to drive like that since then for the like 30 more miles I had to drive that day. Before anyone tries to tell me I had the parking brake on, I'm not an idiot the parking brake was off and hasn't been used for 4 days and I rode with the windows down and never heard any screeching or any abnormal noise period and while driving and when I was stopped I never smelt anything unusual either. There was also nothing on or wrapped around the wheels or the axel.

CV Boot Torn. Not clicking No symptoms yet. Drive on a 400 mile round trip highway trip?

I just found out I have a torn CV boot. I looked and its greasy under there and gritty and there is a large tear. I cant afford to fix it for a few weeks to maybe a month. I also have to drive it on a long road trip about 200 miles each way all highway. It has no symptoms yet. No clicking, popping or jerking. I think there is still grease leaking out. The repair place wants to replace the whole axel anyway so I dont think it will cost more. How nuts is it to drive this thing on the trip and fix it later (in a few weeks to a month). How to legally park In a cul de sac?

We live in a cul de sac and their is a lot of questions about how to park. We live in a town home (all homes are connected together) no lawn separating the homes. We have a 1 car wide drive way that fits 2 cars. If their are 2 cars in the drive way how should a 3rd person park? Just park directly behind the other 2 with the body of the car slightly out in the cul de sac? We live in Virginia beach, VA (hompton roads). If that makes any dicerence. it's nice to hose a horse off on a hot day, and it's alright if you scare him a bit it's something all horses need to get used to. Just be careful and get the job over with. If you think he's afraid of just the hose then turn it off and let him sniff it and rub it on his neck and over his back a bit to show him that it won't hurt him. Then, turn it on and spray it on the ground so that it's not touching him. Wait until he's calm and then start hosing him off from the feet up. I think he really just needs to get used to the water a bit more. It should get easier every time too.

Fear of fire after kitchen fire?

We had a small kitchen fire is march, it was the stove and the bainets above it caught on fire. My neighbor is a firefighter and lucky put it out quick, but the fire was cause by me i turned the stove on high instead of off. I walled away for less then five mins when the alarm went off. The house was filled with smoke and my husband called 911 while i took the kids out thats where the neighbor saw and jumped in to help. But i was fillled with guilt i took the kids to my mother in laws house before the trucks got there. I cried alnost everynight for a week. Because we had to leave our home for 7 weeks the house was black and smelled. Our insurance cleaned and gave us a brand new kitchen of our dreams but i have a horrible fear of fire now. How to lower a semi-trailer box by getting rid off the axles?

My husband and I bought a salvage semi-truck (18-wheeler) trailer (box) to use it as storage in our property. We want to get rid off the axles and lower the trailer almost to ground level to make it easy to step inside it. Is a 45 footer trailer box. Our terrain is sand. It only has the back axle and the legs that come down for support in the other side. Thanks for your ideas. We had thought of setting tower made with cinder blocks and then taking the axel off and then taking one by one of the blocks until it almost comes to ground, leaving some blocks between the ground and the trailer and then building a ramp to access it even to put inside our little tractor and the land mower but I am still weary if this is the best options. I am 30 i dated my 27 year old neighbor. he came on to me initially and we wound up doing it. I got in a bike wreck today and my wrist feels out of purporiton, what could be wrong?

I was riding down the hill at high speeds and I was turning into my neighbors driveway, and I hit the bump on the side and flipped (later my best friend and I measured, I flew 13 feet..) and landed in a rock patch. Anyways, my legs are really bruised and I landed on my wrist (and on my stomach, I felt like I got punched) and it's been acting weird. New Relationship advice- Christian please :)?

Ok here is my two cents. I am christian and an Army wife. Having good communication is essential in any new relationship but more so in a military one. Being in the military means giving up a lot. Having one place to call home, being able to visit family when ever you want are things that are almost non existent. I have known lots of military wives who's marriages have failed because they did not want to come off as being needy. You need to tell him what you are feeling and why you are feeling like this. Also little arguments will become big very soon. Right before my husband deployed we had the most stupid fight I do not even remember what the fight was about because it was that stupid. What I really was saying was that I was scared that he was going away (Side note here My dad had just died a month before he left). I was worried that something was going to happen to him and I was protecting myself for when he left so it was not so hard. A wonderful book that is christian and is all about relationships is called "The Five Love Languages" By Gary Chapman. It explains that everyone has a different "love Language" and it is important to know your spouses love language in order to better let them know you love them and you are there for them. Being Christian is not easy nor is being a military spouse. It is possible though if you have a good starting point. Baby Black-Capped Chickadee, What do I do?

My mother and I have been having serious problems with our neighbors cat lately and we had came across a nest the cat was getting into. We do not know how many baby birds had started out but when my mother retrieved them, there were four baby black-capped chickadees in the nest. My mother brought them inside, fed them some of her ground up kitten food which he uses to help her baby finches. She put them in her aviary with her finches. A few days later I noticed one of the baby birds was face first at the bottom of the cage. Mother said the baby bird was dehydrated and I had to quickly feed her water gently through a syringe. But it was too late and the baby bird died in my hands. Mother was at work when this happened so I took the rest of the baby birds that she had put in the aviary (Even though they didn't seem to have any signs of being sick) And fed them water through a syringe. I put the baby birds in a separate cage from my moms finches and watched them all carefully. The next day 2 more baby birds had died through that night. Mother told me about the colors of their waste and how they poop and pee at the same time. She told me that they are only peeing. There is no poop so that means they were dying from not eating and that they had been starving for awhile. She said that the mom and dad birds had left them. Now mom and I are panicing. 3 of the 4 baby birds has died and we can't get the remaining bird to eat. My mother is very good with birds and she had to resort to force-feeding him. She said its very dangerous but if we hadn't he would have died. So my question is, how can I help this last baby bird so he can survive? I'm at my wits end here and am scared he wont make it. He is old enough he is flying now but not enough to eat by himself. Will he start eating by himself soon? or do I have to show him how? What can I do to help?

Don't expect to be landing them all by the end of the summer, it took me over a year between landing my double salchow and landing my double lutz, and I haven't landed my double axel yet, three months after landing my double lutz. You can't case how quickly other skaters land their doubles off how you should. But a good goal for you would be to have your double salchow, double toe, and double loop by the end of 2011. That's a reasonable goal.

Ok there's this guy I like, when we see each other we end up staying up all night talking about crap, we text pretty much every day and seem to genuinely enjoy each others' company. So...I haven't had a skating lesson since March, because the rink nearby me doesn't have summer ice. Anyways, starting this summer I will be able to go the the next closest rink (106 miles away) every week for lessons and a practice (the practice would probably be about 2 to 3 hours). Bees and Vacant House?

Bees are a part of life and nature, but I have been noticing that this summer I have been seeing more and more bees hanging around our house. I am highly allergic and so is my dog. There is a vacant house next door that no one takes care of anymore (another story entirely) and my concern is that these bees may be coming from this house. I have not noticed a bee hive per say, but I do know that hives can hide in walls, crawl spaces, attics, etc. and aren't always readily visible. My question is, how can I tell where the bees are coming from? How far can bees travel from the hive? My neighbors yard is an absolute mess and their pool is green and slimy. A sports tourer would perhaps be a "sensible" choice as it would offer good storage space, a comfortable ride if she needs to go far, but good performance and handling to get out or trouble if needs be. Depends on the sort of character she is though, a big harley-type bike might suit her personality more, or perhaps a sportsbike and wearing some nice leathers would suit better, although that would kind of kill the practicality of the bike. I think a trailer or a side-car would make it a little to comic to be a monster-killing-heroine's ride.

Ive only had the car 2 days and this morning the transmission began acting up and by the end of the day the slips are absolutely terrible.. Oil pan gasket trouble 1989 jeep cherokee laredo 4.0L rear oil leaks?

have done in cradle rebuild on my motor, replaced rear main seal, new oil pump, new oil pan, ( five different rubberized fel-pro oil pan gaskets) replaced seal in oil filter adapter, new timing chain and gears, water pump, new thermostat housing and thermostat, new motor mounts, all new block sensors for cooling system, map sensor, new intake -exhaust manifold gasket, new o2 sensor, new injector seals, new push rods, rocker arms, pivots, springs, valve stems, polished inside of valve cover, new valve cover gasket, aftermarket transmission cooler, made new power steering pump lines, rebuilt power steering unit, rebuilt distributor, alternator, starter, have this situation where the rear oil pan gasket seal keeps leaking excessively after about one to two minutes of startup. To insure that I have not improperly installed or damaged any of the previous oil pan gaskets, I have unbolted the front shocks-unbolted the sway arm supports and removed the two top front bolts that hold the axel in place to the two upper pivot arms. To no avail I still have excessive leaks rear drivers side of block, have re stabbed the distributor-repositioned the oil pump guide-checked the timing mark for alignment would greatly appreciate any assistance (is there a possibility that the new oil pump could be defective blowing out the gasket where there is possible manufacturing defect in the rubberized fel pro gasket)

Okay, my husband and I were driving down the highway when a 97 mazda truck hit our 2010 honda Odyssey (which we only had for four months) at 75mph. Ford dealership 07 focus?

I was driving in a parking lot and as I was approaching a round about in the back of a parking lot the car lurched forward really fast and started accelerating it got up to about forty five and I slammed on the breaks the car slowed down but it wasn't enough to make the turn. I panicked slammed the car into park causing my transmission to strip.
