I have 1996 ram 4x4 1500 . My truck is pullin to the left side and can feel my rotor rubbing . I put a brand ?

New rotor and front brakes and it still rubs ! But when I had the truck on the jack I noticed the front driver side tire was really loose and alot of play in it I was told it could be axel shaft ?! Or the bearings !?
