Broken car axel stud. Is it still safe to drive on just four instead of five axel studs?

I was doing a wheel rotation because my car has uneven tyre wear and when it came to tightening i broke one wheel stud and now the wheel is being supported only by four wheel studs/nuts. I am assuming this is dangerous since the manufacturer has intended for it to be supported by five studs and nuts? Where do i have to go to get it replaced?
