How to get the rear brake drum off a 84 Honda ATC?

I have a big red 200 M 84 honda 3 wheeler. I have taken off the lock nuts tires and hub. I can not seem to get there brake drum off the rear axel. Is there soething holding it on that I don't see? If so whats the best way to get it off?
