Pregnancy symptoms?? Really?

I was fooling around with my ex boyfriend and we never had intercourse but he rubbed his thing against me. We both were wearing underwear.he never ejaculated. The thing is i am late with my period..and i am worried i feel cramps like if they were my period. Maybe its stress that delays my period but im concerned about that thing i had with mu ex boyfriend is there a chance i can be pregnant?? Also..thinking about being pregnant can make me believe i am. Minds can be tricky but i dont know. Help!
